There are many reasons why people travel. At the top of the list will be to see different places and different geography. For two Floridians, Glacier Bay is filled with very different geography. Geography that is breathtakingly beautiful.
The mountain above seems to have a face looking to the heavens. It is almost spiritual in nature, particularly after interacting with the Native Americans in this area. But, that will be another story in a later post.
